What is it? It is a 40 minute tour of the Winterhaven Festival of Lights on a jeep drawn wagon. Come and join the fun and bring your donations for the Tucson Food Bank!
Emissions? In 2014 we introduced propane power to our jeep fleet. This provides a tremendous reduction in emissions and is an approved "green" alternative to gasoline. In fact, many forklifts run indoors with propane power and it is what is used by Disneyland! Lets keep working together for a cleaner, greener winterhaven!

For walk up seating, please show up 30 minutes prior to the time you would like to take. We go out at 6,7,8 and 9pm. This seating is first come first serve and we will do our best to get you a spot. Most times we get all walk ups on after our reserved seating is seated but it is not guaranteed.
Remember... We have Covered Waiting and Covered Wagons, dress for the weather!

TYPE OF SEATING: We have different styles of seating... some wagons face forward, some face out to one side or another theater style. We also have inward facing wagons. If it is available, we will reserve you for the type you request and the price is the same. Request this at the time of reservation!!
RESERVATIONS? Reservations are not required, but strongly suggested. Especially for the earlier rides. To make a reservation, call us at 520-825-0208. Please have a date and time in mind when you call to expedite your call. When you talk to us, we will get your date and time arranged. We secure reservations with credit card information, including the number, date of expiration, ccv code on the back and billing zip code. Because we allow our clientele the courtesy of a cancellation policy, we do not charge the card over the phone. We prefer you pay in cash on arrival as this is the quickest form of payment to keep our line short. If you need to, we can run your card on arrival as well but you must have it in hand.

NO RESERVATIONS? If you would like to arrive without a reservation, we would be happy to seat you in the available seats. Remember, walk up seating is not a guarantee, but we will do our best. The best time for walk up seating is the 9pm ride. Remember, arrive 30 minutes early!
Cant get through on the phone? As the festival gets underway, our phones get very busy. We recommend calling early in the season to reserve. Please be patient and keep on trying. You may also email requests to email@example.com and we will follow up with a confirmation email or phone call.
Rain, Cancellation and Refund Policy: For refunds, please give one week notice to cancel parties of 11 or more and 2 day notice for parties 15 or less. If you reserved same day, you will be give a time to cancel by. If you show up with less people than your reservation, you will be charged for the full amount as we have been holding the seats for you! Rain Checks. In the event of rain, we will cover the wagons. If you are not able to come due to rain, we will reschedule you in a future time slot. Please inform your party of this. Remember, a reservation means that we are holding your seat and turning away business, therefore, you need to cancel or be responsible for payment.
NO REFUNDS GIVEN OUT FOR ANY REASON.
All Email cancellation requests must be followed up with a phone call or email from Winterhaven Rides to confirm correspondence. If you have trouble reaching us by phone, reel free to email your cancellation and we will respond with confirmation. You can leave a phone message to cancel as well and we will follow up with confirmation. If you do not hear from us, please call or email again. Our phones and email get very busy this time of year so we apologize in advance for any inconvenience. We appreciate your patience!
THE FINE PRINT: most of our vehicles are propane powered. We have 8 running on propane. Should one of them incur an unforeseen problem, we will use a regular gas/diesel vehicle to complete your ride. Bear with us as we work out the bugs! Thank you for helping fund winterhaven!!
By purchasing a ticket and/or riding the Winterhaven Rides, you agree to Ride AT YOUR OWN RISK and you assume all liabilities incidental to the events BEFORE, DURING and AFTER the tour. Specifically, you hereby RELEASE/WAIVE The Winterhaven Rides and All Affiliates of all medical, legal, financial and personal injury/property loss/damage liabilities.
