WINTERHAVEN 2014 FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS
December 12th - 25th 2015
What is it? It is a 40 minute tour of the Winterhaven Festival of Lights on a jeep drawn wagon. Come and join the fun and bring your donations for the Tucson Food Bank!
Emissions? In 2014 we introduced propane power to our jeep fleet. This provides a tremendous reduction in emissions and is an approved "green" alternative to gasoline. In fact, many forklifts run indoors with propane power and it is what is used by Disneyland! Lets keep working together for a cleaner, greener winterhaven!

For walk up seating, please show up 30 minutes prior to the time you would like to take. We go out at 6,7,8 and 9pm. This seating is first come first serve and we will do our best to get you a spot. Most times we get all walk ups on after our reserved seating is seated but it is not guaranteed.

RESERVATIONS? Reservations are not required, but strongly suggested. Especially for the earlier rides. To make a reservation, call us at 520-825-0208. Please have a date and time in mind when you call to expedite your call. When you talk to us, we will get your date and time arranged. We will then give you two options to secure your reservation.
How to secure your reservation...
The first option is to hold the reservation with you credit card (we will be taking your credit card number and ssv code to guarantee your spot), however, when you arrive you do not use the credit card. We have you pay cash or cashiers check on arrival. We are members of the Better Business Bureau and take your security very seriously.

NO RESERVATIONS? If you would like to arrive without a reservation, we would be happy to seat you in the available seats. Remember, walk up seating is not a guarantee, but we will do our best. The best time for walk up seating is the 9pm ride. Remember, arrive 30 minutes early!
FORM OF PAYMENT: Payment upon arrival for your ride is accepted only in the form of Cash, cashiers check or Money Order. You can pay with personal check only if mailed 2 weeks in advance of your ride. No personal checks accepted when you arrive for your ride. Credit cards are not an accepted form of payment, only used to secure reservations in advance of your event. The only instance we would charge your credit card is if you did not honor our cancellation policy (1 week notice for full wagon and 2 days for small parties) and did not show for the reservation. It would then be charged after we contact you to discuss other options.
Cant get through on the phone? As the festival gets underway, our phones get very busy. We recommend calling early in the season to reserve. Please be patient and keep on trying. You may also email requests to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will follow up with a confirmation email or phone call.
Rain, Cancellation and Refund Policy: For refunds, please give one week notice to cancel a full wagon reservation and 2 day notice for small parties. If you reserved same day, you will be give a time to cancel by. Rain Checks. In the event of rain, we will cover the wagons. If you are not able to come due to rain, we will reschedule you in a future time slot. No refunds for rain. Please inform your party of this. Remember, a reservation means that we are holding your seat and turning away business, therefore, you need to cancel or be responsible for payment.
All Email cancellation requests must be followed up with a phone call or email from Winterhaven Rides to confirm correspondence. If you have trouble reaching us by phone, reel free to email your cancellation and we will respond with confirmation. You can leave a phone message to cancel as well and we will follow up with confirmation. If you do not hear from us, please call or email again. Our phones and email get very busy this time of year so we apologize in advance for any inconvenience. We appreciate your patience!
By purchasing a ticket and/or riding the Winterhaven Rides, you agree to Ride AT YOUR OWN RISK and you assume all liabilities incidental to the events BEFORE, DURING and AFTER the tour.
