We are at the intersection of Country Club and Ft. Lowell, Immediately North of the Circle K on the North West Corner in Murphys Gun Shop Parking Lot!!

TIMES:  6pm, 7pm 8pm and 9pm... Please arrive 30 minutes EARLY to check in!

 Throughout the festival, the cost ranges between $12.00 to $16.00 per person  see details below!
                                       (children 3 and under are free and we ask you hold them)

                            walk ups welcome
(be there 30 minutes before the ride you would like to take for best availability)

*When you rent a private wagon, you have available seating for the numbers we have listed. However, you can put 2 people on your wagon or fill it. We will not add anyone else on your wagon. Private wagons allow you to bring drinks, snacks and music (please clean up after yourselves when you are finished).

**Remember, discounts will be available throughout the entire event for Winterhaven Hayrides. For example, we usually have a 9pm special or discounts on Christmas night! We also offer

*** This is a food drive for the Tucson Food Bank so bring your non-expired non-perishable food items for donation at our ticket booth at Country Club and Ft. Lowell, immediately north of Circle K!


RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS: Reservations are not required, but strongly suggested. If you would like to arrive without a reservation, we would be happy to seat you in the available seats. Remember, walk up seating is not a guarantee but we will do our best. The best time for walk up seating is the 9pm ride. Remember, arrive 30 minutes early!

Have a date and time in mind when you call for reservations. Reservations can be held with a credit card, however, CREDIT CARDS ARE NO AN OPTION FOR PAYMENT! If you reserve with a credit card, upon arrival you must pay with cash, check or money order! The credit card is simply to hold the reservation and will be charged only in the event you do not honor our cancellation policy and do not show for the reservation.

As the festival gets underway, our phones get very busy. Please be patient and keep on trying. You may also try emailing requests and we will follow up with a confirmation email or phone call.

If you do not have a credit card or do not want to use your credit card... checks, money orders, and cash are accepted for payment in advance. You can drop off a payment at our ticket booth between the hours of 4:30pm through 9:00pm throughout the event, with the exception of the 13th, 15th and 20th of December. Without a credit card, we require cash/cashiers check payment for small groups 2 days in advance. We require payment for full wagons 2 weeks in advance.

Please put your reserved name, date, and time on your check. We prefer to recieve checks 2 weeks prior to your scheduled event.

All full wagons require payment in advance by check or money order. When reserving, expect to hold the reservation with your credit card. We require appropriate notice (usually 1 week for full wagons) to recieve your full refund on cancellations (see below). We ask no rain checks. In the event of rain, we will cover the wagons. If you are not able to come due to rain, we will reschedule you in a future time slot. Please inform your party of this.

REFUND, RAIN AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For refunds, please give 1 week notice to cancel a full wagon reservation and 2 day notice for small parties. We ask no rain checks. In the event of rain, we will cover the wagons. If you are not able to come due to rain, we will reschedule you in a future time slot. Please inform your party of this.

All email cancellation requests must be followed up with a phone call or email from Winterhaven Hayrides to confirm correspondence. If you have trouble reaching us by phone, feel free to email your cancellation and we will respond with confirmation. Our phones and email get very busy this time of year so we apologize in advance for any inconvenience. We appreciate your patience!

By purchasing a ticket and/or riding the Winterhaven Rides, you agree to Ride AT YOUR OWN RISK and you assume all liabilities incidental to the events BEFORE, DURING and AFTER the tour. Specifically, you hereby RELEASE/WAIVE The Winterhaven Rides and All Affiliates of all medical, legal, financial and personal injury/property loss/damage liabilities.

Remember, this is a FOOD DRIVE for the Tucson Food Bank, so bring your non-expired, non perishible food items for donation at our ticket booth at Country Club and Ft. Lowell, immediately north of the Circle K.
